The Hanging Quilt Rack is ideal for hanging quilts that have a rod pocket attached or  if the quilt will be stored when not in use by just  lying the quilt over the rod for storage.  The rod is removable  from either end.  A rod cover is attached so the rod cannot slide  out unless the cover is moved out of the way.  The Hanging Quilt Rack has a shelf attached midway between the end brackets and has a decorative scrolled back.  The shelf  is 4 3/4" deep. The overall length of this rack would be approx. 3" longer than the size purchased for the quilt.  Screw covers are supplied to cover the mounting holes.
